Firearms Purchases

    All Federal, State, and Local laws apply to the sale of firearms. We do not sell firearms, knives, or ammunition outside the United States. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a firearm to anyone and choose not sell to green-card aliens or anyone who is not a citizen of the United States.

    It is your responsibility to know the gun laws that apply in your state. The buyer must comply with all state and local laws; by placing an order you represent that such purchase is legal in your area, and not restricted by law. Purchase indicates Deez Shooting Sports is not liable for the misuse, damages, or any illegal activity involving possession of purchased  firearms, and that you agree with the terms and conditions on this page.

    We must receive a copy of a  Federal Firearms License from your dealer prior to the shipment of any firearms. Firearms can be purchased and transferred locally at our warehouse, by appointment, a 5% state sales tax and a $2 transfer fee applies to firearms purchased from us.  A $25 transfer fee applies to firearms purchased from another dealer and shipped to us for transfer.  Multiple handgun transfers are $45 and require a certificate or concealed carry license.                                      

  Ammo Purchases

     A signed Waiver Form must be sent along with your payment for proof of age. All Federal,
State, and Local laws apply to the sale of ammunition. It is your responsibility to know the laws
that apply in your state. The buyer must comply with all state and local laws; by placing an order
you represent that such purchase is legal in your area, and not restricted by law. Purchase indicates
Deez Shooting Sports is not liable for the misuse, damages, or any illegal activity involving
possession of purchased ammunition, and that you agree with the terms and conditions on this page.

 Shipping

    All firearms must be shipped to your Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer (FFL); we will not ship until we have received a copy of your dealers FFLand payment. The FFL can be FAXED to 540-389-6656. Send all mail to:  Deez Shooting Sports, PO Box 445, Salem, VA 24153. We only ship once a week! Your tracking info will be emailed to you when we ship.  Availability of firearms or any other product depends on our suppliers. If a product is not in stock, we will notify you. Virginia residents are subject to state sales tax on all purchases.

  Return Policy

     Deez Shooting Sports is not an authorized warranty dealer for any of the products that we sale.
We have a standard no-return policy on all firearms and any optics, whose packaging has been
opened by the customer. Do not ship defective products back to Deez Shooting Sports. If you
purchase a defective product it should be returned, by you, to the manufacturer for warranty repair
within 7 days of receipt.

    Ammunition cannot be shipped back, but can be hand carried by the customer to Deez Shooting
Sports for return. Any other products returned require a Return Authorization (RA) number within
10 days of receipt. Any item returned without authorization will be refused or sent back at the owner's expense.

    There is a standard 20% restocking fee  
for any item returned for any purpose other than replacement. Also, if we ship a firearm to
your local FFL dealer, and a transfer cannot be made, there will be a
20% restocking fee taken from your refund.

    Merchandise for replacement must be returned in the condition received. Damaged or altered
items due to misuse will not qualify for return. Upon our inspection of the returned items, if qualified,
you will receive a replacement or a refund if we cannot replace it, minus restocking fee and shipping fees.

Damaged Merchandise

      If merchandise is damaged during shipment, contact the carrier immediately to file a damage claim.  Never discard the packaging or contents before the carrier has inspected them, or your claim will be refused.   All sales are final after 10 days of receipt.   All orders are subject to availability.  Prices are subject to change.

Type Of Payment

    We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discovery Credit Cards.  We also accept  money orders, and certified checks for amounts over $100; or personal checks for amounts under $100. If you use a personal check it will have to clear the bank before we can ship your order; this may take 6 to 10 business days.  Overseas orders are payable by a certified check that is recognised by an American bank only.

    We will also make the effort to work with you, if you would like to make payments on a purchase.
We will ship your order when you have sent the total amount of your purchase in the specified amount of time.
