  Smith & Wesson teamed up with Viking Tactics and
introduced the VTAC, built to the specs of Kyle Lamb, former special-forces
operator and Viking Tactics owner. The VTAC starts with a standard M&P A3
upper and lower. The Pictanny rail machined into the upper is extremely
versatile, allowing shooters to mount an amazing variety of optics and
accessories directly to the receiver, take them off and remount then
without a loss of zero. Also featuring JP's Trigger, free floating
handguard, VTAC light mount and a SureFire G2 light. Last but not least is
the VLTOR carbine Modstock. It has compartments for extra CR123 batteries.
These compartments improve cheekweld over standard six-position stocks.
